Beta privacy notice frienzgo-beta-privacy · Beta STAGING candidate · en This version becomes effective only when it is published in the platform's legal register. Controller and contacts The data controller is Giacalone Sala Maria Cristina, sole proprietorship, VAT No. 02337850818, Italian tax code GCLMCR84L44F061D, Via Bessarione 210/A, 91026 Mazara del Vallo (TP), Italy. For privacy requests and complaints: postmaster@frienzgo.com. Certified email (PEC): misuraca.daniele@pec.it. No DPO contact is currently published. Any DPO contact will be identified in an updated version of this notice. Beta data and features frienzgo processes account and authentication data, profiles, avatars and locations; messages and conversations; requests and bookings; Experiences, reviews, reports and blocks; BUSINESS–FRIENZ relationships; and BUSINESS-location content and settings. It may process the origin of a request from a FRIENZ QR/link (QR_PROFILE or EXPERIENCE_SHARE) to attribute that request to the FRIENZ who generated it, without creating an economic reward. Published profiles and Experiences are publicly visible within available features. Conversations, requests and bookings are available only to participants and authorised operators. The Beta is for people aged 18 or over and is not intended for minors. Purposes and legal bases Purposes are: providing the platform and requested features; managing access and operational communications; enabling requests and bookings; preventing abuse, fraud and content that breaches rules; handling reports, blocks and moderation; protecting security, rights and legal claims; and complying with identified legal obligations. The legal bases applied, as relevant, are performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures for requested features, the controller's legitimate interests for security, abuse prevention and defence of rights, applicable legal obligations, and separate consent for optional features where required. No blanket privacy consent is requested. Avoid entering special-category data or unnecessary documents in chats. Providers, recipients and transfers Supabase is the central technical provider used for authentication, database and media/storage. The STAGING project is hosted in the West EU (Ireland) region. Stripe is configured only for TEST use and is not presented as a live Beta payment service. This notice does not identify as active any hosting, email-delivery, analytics, mapping or AI provider that is not confirmed for the Beta. Recipients include the controller, authorised persons and technical providers used for the platform under the applicable arrangement. The West EU (Ireland) location of the STAGING project is not a statement that every processing activity or subprocessor is exclusively located in the EEA. Where transfers outside the EEA are necessary, safeguards required by applicable law will be used and this notice will be updated where necessary. Retention - Accounts, profiles and media: erased or anonymised within 30 days of account closure, except for data lawfully retained. - Chats, requests, bookings and reviews: up to 24 months, except where legal needs, security or disputes require otherwise. - QR/link attribution: up to 12 months, then anonymised. - Technical and security logs: up to 12 months where necessary. - Backups: 30 to 90 days, according to the applicable technical configuration. - Legal receipts and fiscal or contractual data: for the period required by legal obligations or necessary to handle disputes. These are Beta criteria and do not prevent limited retention needed to defend a right, meet an obligation or handle a dispute. Append-only audit does not justify indefinite retention of personal data. Rights and account deletion You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable; withdrawal concerns only consent-based processing. Write to postmaster@frienzgo.com. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante). This page does not automatically submit a request or delete an account. Do not send credentials or identity documents in chats or reports. Erasure is coordinated with other users’ rights, obligations and justified retention. Change of controller If the platform is transferred or the controller changes, frienzgo will publish new Privacy and Terms versions linked to the new legal entity. The change will require a new document epoch (NEW_EPOCH) and renewed acceptance where applicable; it will not be treated as a simple update (KEEP_EPOCH). Previous versions, their associated controller and receipts will remain immutable in the record. Before Production, this notice will be reviewed again and, if necessary, replaced with a new version.
