Platform, roles and access The platform operator is Giacalone Sala Maria Cristina, sole proprietorship, VAT No. 02337850818, Italian tax code GCLMCR84L44F061D, Via Bessarione 210/A, 91026 Mazara del Vallo (TP), Italy; contact: postmaster@frienzgo.com; certified email (PEC): misuraca.daniele@pec.it. frienzgo provides a platform to meet locals, receive and share recommendations, send requests and discover businesses and Experiences. The Beta is for users aged 18 or over. - A FRIENZ recommends and facilitates for the GOER; a FRIENZ does not automatically represent frienzgo or act as a BUSINESS’s commercial agent. - A BUSINESS offers and delivers its own service and is responsible for that offer. - A GOER uses the platform and independently evaluates recommendations, offers and BUSINESS terms. Requests, bookings and benefits A request or booking on frienzgo remains a request until the BUSINESS confirms it. The BUSINESS communicates availability, price, conditions and any applicable pre-contractual information before entering into its own contract with the GOER. Benefits and discounts are pre-authorised by the BUSINESS for the specific FRIENZ and location. The FRIENZ may choose only among delegated percentages and may not create, increase or freely alter a discount. Any applied discount is displayed as a booking snapshot and creates no commission, payout or FRIENZ compensation. Accounts and content Provide accurate information, protect credentials and post only content you are entitled to use. Do not impersonate people, manipulate reviews, bookings or outcomes, spam, use the platform for fraud or post unlawful content. Do not share unnecessary sensitive data or documents in chats. FRIENZ approval is distinct from any professional qualification: a FRIENZ is not automatically a licensed guide. Regulated activities require applicable permissions. Reports, blocks and moderation Available functions allow users to report content or conduct and block another user within their defined scopes. frienzgo may review a report and, proportionately, take no action or restrict content, features or accounts. Resolving a report is separate from any account measure. Available functions allow reporting and blocking within their relevant scopes. For information requests or complaints about the platform or moderation, contact postmaster@frienzgo.com. frienzgo does not claim procedures or appeal tools beyond those actually available. Complaints, cancellations and withdrawal For complaints about platform operation, accounts, security or moderation, contact postmaster@frienzgo.com. For quality, availability, price, delivery, cancellation or refund of a service, the first contact is the BUSINESS offering it. frienzgo does not promise automatic refunds or withdrawal rights. Cancellations, refunds, withdrawal and other remedies depend on any contract concluded with the BUSINESS, the terms communicated by the BUSINESS and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Liability frienzgo is responsible for the platform only to the extent permitted by law, and is not the direct provider of a BUSINESS service unless expressly stated otherwise. The BUSINESS remains responsible for its offer and delivery; the FRIENZ remains responsible for their own content and conduct. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that law does not allow to be excluded. Change of operator If the platform is transferred or the operator/controller changes, frienzgo will publish new Privacy and Terms versions linked to the new legal entity. The change will require a new document epoch (NEW_EPOCH) and renewed acceptance where applicable; it will not be treated as a simple update (KEEP_EPOCH). Previous versions, their associated entity and receipts will remain immutable in the record. Before Production, these Terms will be reviewed again and, if necessary, replaced with a new version.
