Rewards and Digital Pass rules — draft
frienzgo-beta-rewards-rules · E2-DRAFT-2026-09-24.1 · EN
Non-monetary rewards
Rewards may be vouchers, benefits, goods, services, experiences, admissions or upgrades. They are not money, FRIENZ earnings, commissions, withdrawable credit or a payment promise. They are independent of PRO, trials, Stripe and H6. A reward does not buy recommendations, ranking or visibility.
Progress and unlocking
Only authoritative H2 outcomes count under the applicable programme/version. Progress is cumulative: using the reward at 5 while at 7/10 leaves 7/10. Each outcome contributes at most once and each milestone/campaign/FRIENZ has at most one voucher. Legacy H3 stays separate and does not automatically generate H3.1 milestones.
Pass and redemption
The pass shows reward, conditions, status and expiry where specified. Keep its code/QR private: the authorised business verifies and confirms use; scanning or printing creates no new entitlement. Used, expired or invalidated vouchers cannot be used again. No client can authoritatively mark a voucher used by itself.
Programmes, corrections and safeguards
Pausing/closing a programme or publishing a new version does not authorise arbitrary retroactive deletion. Earned rewards and history are preserved except for authoritative, reasoned, auditable invalidation; outcome corrections may affect eligibility under the applicable contract. A used reward remains in history.
REQUIRED BEFORE BETA: classify the programme legally (including DPR 430/2001 where relevant), identify promoter, availability/remedies for unfulfilled rewards, expiry/challenge rules and individual-programme review. “Non-monetary” alone does not establish a regulatory exemption.
